가. 계정 정보

• 게스트 이용 시: 기기 식별자(Device ID) 1건. 별도의 회원가입 없이 서비스를 이용할 수 있으며, 이름·이메일은 수집하지 않습니다.
• 소셜 로그인 시: Apple·Google 계정의 고유 식별자, 그리고 해당 제공자가 전달하는 범위 내의 이메일 주소·닉네임·프로필 이미지.

나. 이용자가 저장한 콘텐츠

• 노트 본문, 링크(URL), 이미지, 음성 녹음, 태그, 폴더 구성
• 위 콘텐츠를 바탕으로 서비스가 생성한 요약·질문·“스낵” 등 파생 데이터

다. 자동으로 수집되는 정보

• 기기 정보(모델명·운영체제·화면 크기), 앱 버전 및 빌드 번호, 설정 언어
• 접속 IP 주소 및 접속 로그, 세션 식별자, 설치 식별자
• 서비스 이용 기록(화면 조회, 기능 사용 시점 등), 오류·비정상 종료 기록
• 푸시 알림 토큰(알림 수신에 동의한 경우)

라. 결제 정보

• 구독 상품명, 구독 상태 및 갱신·만료 시점
• 카드번호·계좌번호 등 결제수단 정보는 수집하지 않습니다. 결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해서만 이루어지며, 회사는 각 스토어로부터 구독 유효 여부만 전달받습니다.

• 계정 생성 및 식별, 로그인 유지, 기기 간 데이터 동기화
• 노트 저장·검색·요약 등 서비스 핵심 기능 제공
• 구독 상태 확인 및 유료 기능 제공
• 오류 진단, 품질 개선, 통계 기반 기능 개선
• 알림 발송(이용자가 동의한 경우에 한함)
• 법령상 의무 이행 및 부정 이용 방지

• 회사는 이용자의 계정이 유지되는 동안 개인정보를 보유합니다.
• 이용자가 앱 내 설정 → 계정 삭제를 통해 탈퇴하면, 저장된 노트·폴더·요약을 포함한 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다.
• 다만 관련 법령이 별도의 보존 기간을 정한 경우(예: 전자상거래법에 따른 결제·거래 기록) 해당 기간 동안 분리 보관 후 파기합니다.
• 서버 장애 복구를 위한 백업본에 포함된 정보는 백업 주기가 경과하는 시점에 함께 파기됩니다.

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위에서 아래와 같이 처리를 위탁하고 있습니다.

또한 법령에 근거한 수사기관의 적법한 요청이 있는 경우에 한하여 개인정보를 제공할 수 있습니다.

이용자의 계정 정보와 노트 본문은 대한민국 내 서버에 보관합니다. 다만 아래 항목은 서비스 제공 과정에서 국외로 이전됩니다.

이용자는 개인정보의 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있습니다. 다만 위 항목은 해당 기능의 동작에 필요한 것이라, 거부하는 경우 소셜 로그인·알림 수신·이미지 및 음성 저장 등 관련 기능의 이용이 제한됩니다.

이용자는 언제든지 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

• 저장된 개인정보의 열람 및 정정 — 앱 내 설정 화면
• 개인정보 삭제 및 계정 탈퇴 — 설정 → 계정 삭제
• 알림 수신 동의 철회 — 앱 또는 기기의 알림 설정
• 처리 정지 요구 및 기타 문의 — 아래 제10항의 연락처

회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만임이 확인된 계정의 정보는 확인 즉시 파기합니다.

앱. 서비스는 로그인 상태 유지와 이용 분석을 위해 기기 저장소에 세션·설치 식별자를 저장합니다. 이용자는 기기 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하여 해당 값을 제거할 수 있으며, 이 경우 로그인 상태가 해제됩니다.

웹사이트. 서비스 소개 웹사이트(snackback.compounding.co.kr)는 방문 통계를 파악하기 위해 Google Analytics를 사용하며, 이 과정에서 브라우저에 분석용 쿠키가 저장됩니다. 수집되는 항목은 방문한 페이지, 유입 경로, 기기·브라우저 종류, 대략적인 지역이며, 이름·이메일 등 이용자를 특정할 수 있는 정보는 수집하지 않습니다. 웹사이트 이용에는 로그인이 필요하지 않아 앱 계정과 연결되지 않습니다.

분석용 쿠키는 브라우저 설정에서 차단하거나 삭제할 수 있으며, 차단해도 웹사이트 이용에는 제한이 없습니다. Google이 제공하는 차단 브라우저 부가기능을 설치해 수집을 거부할 수도 있습니다.

회사는 개인정보 처리에 관한 업무를 총괄해 책임지고, 개인정보 처리와 관련한 이용자의 불만 처리 및 피해 구제를 위하여 아래와 같이 개인정보 보호책임자를 지정하고 있습니다.

본 방침이 변경되는 경우, 시행일 최소 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)에 앱 내 공지 또는 이메일로 알립니다.

Compounding Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) operates the mobile application SnackBack (the “Service”).

Account. For guest use, a single device identifier; no name or email is collected. For social sign-in, the unique identifier issued by Apple or Google, together with any email address, nickname, or profile image that provider shares with us.

Content you save. Note text, links, images, voice recordings, tags, folders, and the summaries or “snacks” the Service derives from them.

Collected automatically. Device model, operating system, screen size, app version and build number, language setting, IP address and access logs, session and installation identifiers, feature usage records, crash reports, and a push notification token if you enable notifications.

Purchases. Subscription name, status, and renewal or expiry dates. We never receive card or bank account details. All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, which tell us only whether a subscription is valid.

To create and identify your account, keep you signed in, and sync data across devices; to provide the core features of saving, searching, and summarising notes; to verify subscription status; to diagnose errors and improve quality; to send notifications you have opted into; and to meet legal obligations and prevent abuse.

We keep your information while your account exists. When you delete your account from Settings → Delete account, your notes, folders, summaries, and personal information are erased without undue delay, except where a law requires a specific retention period (for example, transaction records under Korean e-commerce law), in which case that data is stored separately until the period ends. Copies held in disaster-recovery backups are erased as those backups rotate out.

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. We use the processors listed in the Korean section above — Apple and Google for sign-in; Google Firebase for notifications, analytics, and crash reporting; Google Analytics for website visit statistics; RevenueCat for subscription status; Amazon Web Services for file storage; and Sentry for server error reporting. We disclose information to authorities only where legally compelled.

Your account details and note text are stored on servers in the Republic of Korea. The following are transferred to the United States when you use the related feature: uploaded images and audio (Amazon Web Services, us-east-1), push tokens and usage and error logs (Google LLC), and account identifiers, subscription status and error context (Apple Inc., RevenueCat, Inc., Functional Software, Inc.). Each transfer happens over the network at the moment you use the feature, and the data is kept until you delete it or the processing agreement ends. You may object to these transfers, though the corresponding features will then be unavailable.

You may view and correct your information in the app, delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, withdraw notification consent in app or device settings, and contact us at the address below for any other request.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 14. Any such account is deleted as soon as it is identified.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), sensitive fields are encrypted at rest, access is restricted and logged, and we apply security updates as they become available.

The app stores session and installation identifiers on your device to keep you signed in and to measure usage; clearing the app’s data in your device settings removes them and signs you out.

Our marketing website (snackback.compounding.co.kr) uses Google Analytics to measure visits, which stores analytics cookies in your browser. It records the pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser type, and an approximate location. It does not collect your name, email, or any other identifying detail, and because the website requires no sign-in it is not linked to your app account. You may block or delete these cookies in your browser, or install Google’s opt-out add-on; the website works either way.
