계정 및 데이터 삭제 안내

가장 빠른 방법입니다. 앱을 지우기 전에 아래 순서로 계정을 먼저 삭제해 주세요 — 앱만 삭제하면 서버의 데이터는 남습니다.

• SnackBack 앱을 열고 설정으로 이동합니다.
• 계정 항목의 프로필을 선택하면 계정 관리 화면이 열립니다.
• 화면 아래 위험 영역의 회원 탈퇴를 누르고, 확인 창에서 삭제를 확정합니다.

확인을 누르는 즉시 서버에서 삭제가 진행되고, 앱은 로그인 이전 상태로 돌아갑니다.

앱을 다시 설치해 같은 계정으로 로그인한 뒤 1번 절차를 따르는 것이 가장 정확합니다. 다시 설치하기 어렵다면 아래 주소로 요청해 주세요.

• 보내는 곳: privacy@compounding.co.kr
• 적어 주실 것: 가입에 사용한 로그인 수단(Google 또는 Apple)과 이메일 주소
• 처리 기간: 본인 확인 후 영업일 기준 3일 이내

본인 확인이 되지 않으면 다른 사람의 계정이 지워질 수 있어 요청을 처리하지 않습니다. 요청하신 이메일 주소가 계정에 등록된 주소와 같아야 합니다.

계정을 삭제하면 다음 데이터가 서버에서 영구히 삭제됩니다. 휴지통이나 보관 기간 없이 바로 지워집니다.

• 계정 정보 — 로그인 제공자 식별자, 이메일 주소, 이름, 프로필 이미지
• 저장한 콘텐츠 — 노트 본문, 링크, 업로드한 이미지와 음성 파일
• AI가 만든 요약과 스낵, 폴더·태그 등 정리 정보
• 검색 기록, 알림 수신을 위한 기기 토큰

가. 법령에 따라 보관하는 기록

전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 등 관련 법령이 보관을 요구하는 거래·결제 기록은 계정과 분리해 법정 기간 동안 보관한 뒤 파기합니다. 이 기록은 다른 목적으로 이용하지 않습니다. 자세한 항목과 기간은 개인정보처리방침에 정리해 두었습니다.

나. 구독

유료 구독은 App Store 또는 Google Play가 관리합니다. 계정을 삭제해도 구독은 자동으로 해지되지 않습니다. 결제가 계속되지 않도록 각 스토어의 구독 설정에서 먼저 해지해 주세요.

다. 기기에 남아 있는 사본

앱이 기기에 두는 캐시는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 사라집니다. 사용자가 앱 밖으로 내보내 둔 파일은 서버 삭제 대상이 아닙니다.

You can delete your SnackBack account yourself, from inside the app. No request form or approval step is involved — deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

• Open SnackBack and go to Settings.
• Under Account, tap Profile to open the Manage Account screen.
• In the Danger Zone section, tap Delete Account and confirm in the dialog.

Removing the app alone does not delete your data on our servers, so please delete the account first.

Reinstall, sign in with the same account, and follow the steps above. If that is not possible, email privacy@compounding.co.kr from the address registered to your account, stating which sign-in method you used (Google or Apple). We process verified requests within three business days. Requests we cannot verify are not processed, because doing so could delete someone else’s account.

The following are permanently erased from our servers, with no retention window:

• Account data — sign-in provider identifier, email address, name, profile image
• Saved content — note text, links, uploaded images and audio files
• AI-generated summaries and snacks, folders and tags
• Search history and push notification device tokens

Transaction and payment records that Korean law requires us to keep are retained separately from your account for the statutory period and then destroyed; they are not used for any other purpose. Paid subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play and are not cancelled by deleting your account — cancel in the store’s subscription settings to stop billing. Files you exported out of the app are outside the scope of server-side deletion.
